Hi, I’m Pallavi.

I’m a communications generalist with a bias for action and a belief in the power of story to make change feel necessary, but more importantly, possible.

I work across storytelling, creative direction, and editorial strategy. My background spans a decade of work in journalism, design, 0 to1 operations, and strategic comms, across sectors of climate, gender, and rights.

I don’t see storytelling as a wrapper. I see it as infrastructure. Narrative shapes what people believe is possible, and that belief drives action. The right story, when told well, can shift conversations, unlock funding, influence policy, and bring even the reluctant along by making change feel aligned with their identity and worth being part of.

My work has been commissioned, broadcast, and amplified by the World Bank, Marico Innovation Foundation, Population Foundation of India, SHE Changes Climate, International Centre for Research on Women, International Olympic Committee, People’s Archive for Rural India, Newsworthy.Studio, The Swdl, The Quint, NDTV, and more.

You can find a broad overview of my career here. I tailor my resumé based on the role and focus. Please reach out if you're hiring or looking to collaborate!
